Usage Terms (v1.6)

These usage guidelines are subject to change at any time, at any moment, and for any reason.
Using anything I post implies an agreement to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you do not have the right to use anything I make.
We do not guarantee any availability for our content, nor do we provide liability for any damage to your computer caused by our content.
Pleae check these usage guidelines every so often! Any TOS changes apply after 30 days from updating.
Our content is on an AS IS basis, subject to change.
This is not our full terms of service, just general usage guidelines in an easy-to-read format.
If you're not sure about your content usage, please contact me! This is a case-by-case basis.
Note: You may not use my banner, background or any other resources that contain my brand name, Nexint. These assets are still protected by copyright law, and you may not legally use these resources.

These terms of service focus on our art!

Note: I'm still learning drawing, so I'm not that good! This is mostly relevant later on, if ever.
I also make some of my art open source (the layers are all visible), so look out for that!

  • Using my sketches.
  • Using my drawings non commercially (ex: profile pictures on social media, etc.)
  • Referencing or taking inspiration. Ask me or give credit if you're not sure.
  • Tracing, but credit is required.
  • Downloading my images for personal use (ex: as a desktop background) but please message me for the original high-quality version!
  • Using my artwork for a YouTube video (credit is appreciated!)
  • For YouTube, monetization is OK as long as you are not a large corporation, and as long as your usage is transformative.

Tracing isn't a good idea. I advice against tracing, but I won't stop you.

  • Using my images in AI. This does not apply for comedic use cases.
    Addendulum: This is specifically to prevent AI models from the internet stealing my drawings.
  • Intentionally tampering with my art to remove watermarks.
  • Selling any of my art as yours.
  • Any use of my artwork if you are a corporation or company, and have not comissioned me directly. Small companies and start-ups are exempt from this rule.
  • Claiming my art as yours.
  • Any usage that breaks the Christian Bible.
  • Any usage against the Canadian law.
  • Any usage against your local law.
  • Usage of my art for exploitative purposes.
  • Examples include: Pay-to-win games, Scams made to exploit people, Uploading without consent, etc.
  • The bible takes priority over the law in this case.

These terms of service focus on our solo music!
These only apply to non-collaboration songs, where I make everything myself.
Note: These songs are generally dedicated to the community, as I'm trying to make my terms as open as possible.

  • Saving my music onto your computer.
  • Unlimited listening of my music!
  • Using my music in a non-commercial way (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Using my music commercially (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Unlimited copying and sharing of our music (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Any usage that breaks the Christian Bible.
  • Any usage against the Canadian law.
  • Any usage against your local law.
  • Usage of my music for exploitative purposes.
  • Examples include: Pay-to-win games, Scams made to exploit people, Uploading without consent, etc.

These terms of service focus on our collab music!
These only apply to collab songs, where I don't make all of the music.

  • Determined per song
  • Assuming no terms are listed, you may:
  • Stream the song unlimited times (on streaming platforms)
  • Use our music in personal projects (with credit)
  • Determined per song
  • Assuming no terms are listed, you may not:
  • Pirate our music
  • Use our music in any personal / non-commercial projects without credit
  • Use our music in ways against the Bible.
  • The bible takes priority over the law in this case.

These terms of service focus on our solo videos!
Note that we will not copyright strike you if you use our content, unless you directly reupload our content without our consent.
If you do get a copyright strike, contact me immediately and I will try to resolve the situation.
Copyright strikes are only reserved for extreme cases listed below, primairly reuploading our content without credit.

  • Downloading of our videos
  • Using clips of our videos (with credit)
  • Reuploads of the audio (with credit)
  • Transformative reuploads of our content
  • Using our content without credit
  • Direct re-uploads of our content (If you do this without credit, we will send a copyright strike.)
  • Any usage that breaks the Christian Bible.
  • Any usage against the Canadian law.
  • Any usage against your local law.
  • Usage of my content for exploitative purposes.
  • Examples include: Pay-to-win games, Scams made to exploit people, Uploading without consent, etc.
  • The bible takes priority over the law in this case.

Note that we will not copyright strike you if you use our content, unless you directly reupload our content without our consent.
If you do get a copyright strike, contact me immediately and I will try to resolve the situation.
Copyright strikes are only reserved for very extreme cases listed under our Solo Music Guidelines.

  • Listen to our content (even with an adblocker!)
  • Use our content under "Fair use policies" in Canada or your local country.

These terms of service focus on our software and what we've made!
Note that this only applies to software on our public github, and not software distributed only on our website.
Those pieces of software have different terms of usage.

  • Unlimited downloading of our software.
  • Unlimited copying and sharing of our software (Credit is appreciated!)
